ISN Solutions and Ancala Midstream have been working together since the opening of their Aberdeen office in 2017. After assisting with the design and implementation of the IT environment of their office, we have been providing day-to-day IT support services ever since. Our support covers their office staff, remote workers and their 24/7 team, keeping a watchful eye on a major gas pipeline system.
Aviation Fuel Services (AFS)
We have been providing our services to AFS since 2018, supporting their business operations at Heathrow Airport. Naturally, in the business of aviation fuelling, it is critical that they can rely upon their IT systems and their service provider 24/7. In addition to our IT support, we have also deployed several solutions and improvements to the AFS environment, which received commendation during a recent independent audit.
Eland Oil & Gas
With our experience in Upstream Oil & Gas, we had already engaged with Eland on specialist IT matters, prior to commencing our formal IT services relationship in 2017. Eland represent a typical Oil & Gas customer of ours, where we support their UK offices (Aberdeen and London), as well as overseas remote users, offices and sites, in this case – Nigeria. With Eland, a fast-growing company, IT projects and implementations (UK or in-country), are regular and are completed alongside our ongoing day-to-day IT support.
ISN Solutions and Gulf Keystone have been working together since 2017, principally to support their UK based operations in London. During this time, we have designed and deployed a number of infrastructure upgrades and enhancements, to align with the expansion of their IT operations, both in the UK and at their production facilities in Kurdistan. We provide remote and on-site support to their London office and can mobilise overseas, when required.
As their outsourced IT partner, we have been providing our services to Hansteen, a commercial property holdings company, for over 15 years, remotely supporting their staff and multiple offices, UK-wide and across Europe. Headquartered in London, their requirements have had to change over the years, move with latest technologies and adapt to changes in their own business structure. ISN Solutions have been involved throughout their journey and continue to provide our support and project services.
Heathrow Hydrant Operating Company (HHOpCo)
Similarly to AFS, ISN Solutions provide support to HHOpCo, with their critical business operations at Heathrow Airport. Following initial audits, recommendations and implementation, we have been supporting HHOpCo with our outsourced IT services since 2016. Again, given the nature of their business, they rely upon the availability of their IT systems and our 24/7 support, if needed. Our services are available to them on-site, in a timely manner.
In addition to professional consultancy workscopes, ISN Solutions have been providing IT support and project implementation services to Inmarsat since 2016, at their London headquarters. The project services have included strategic assessments, fixed-term deployments and roll-outs. Along with additional ad-hoc assistance, our support service includes the management and provision of resources to man the internal IT Service Desk, supporting Inmarsat users across the organisation.
ISN Solutions have had a working relationship with Neptune Energy, via their acquired businesses and entities, for many years. In addition to supporting the commissioning team on the Cygnus Project in 2015/16, we have managed and provided IT support resource in both London and Aberdeen, to fulfil the internal regional IT Service Desk, for over 6 years. We also provide additional, supplementary ad-hoc assistance for offshore surveys, hook-ups and major office moves, when needed.
Oil & Gas UK (OGUK)
Our operations in London and Aberdeen have been assisting OGUK, a leading industry association, as their IT support partner since 2014. In addition to assisting with improvement projects and upgrades, our day-to-day remote IT support services cover their office staff in both cities and remote employees. Our locality to both UK offices, allows us to routinely visit the OGUK offices or attend when needed.
Headquartered in Aberdeen, Roemex have been employing our outsourced IT support services for over 6 years. The oilfield service company for speciality chemicals, rely upon ISN Solutions for routine IT support matters for their users, upgrade projects, network services and assistance with any third-party ICT contracts, such as comms and telephony.
Having enjoyed a working relationship for nearly 20 years, in addition to advising on infrastructure technology roadmaps and deployments, ISN Solutions have continued to provide Summit with IT support services throughout our association. Our services have mostly been focused on Summit’s London based corporate IT environments, but on occasion we have provided our expertise to support the field and other specific IT demands related to the Upstream Oil & Gas sector.
