Tom joined the Board in 2014, prior to the acquisition of Virtual Stream and opening of our Aberdeen office. After attending Southampton University, he began his career in the Maritime industry with Canadian Pacific, before returning home to Aberdeen and the emerging UK offshore industry. Most notably, Tom was the Managing Director of NESSCO, a telecoms service provider to the Oil & Gas market, for over 25 years, until its sale to RigNet in 2012. He has held a number of non-executive roles and industry appointments in his career and is known for his commitment to the Aberdeen business community and the wider UK Energy Industry.
Originally from New Zealand, David is one of the founding directors of ISN Solutions. A technical professional with a passion for delivering excellent service, he started his IT career in the Finance sector, before moving to Oil & Gas, where he expanded his expertise and management skills with Enterprise Oil, Hardy Oil and British Borneo. David’s experience helped identify the initial niche Upstream market for the company. He was key to shaping the ISN Solutions service model and keeps a close eye on our operational performance. Based in London, David also actively participates in the reviews of proposed solutions with our design team.
Scott joined ISN Solutions in 2015 as Commercial Director. Prior to this, he spent 18 years working in the Oil & Gas sector with NESSCO and RigNet at a senior level, mainly pursuing, managing and delivering telecoms systems integration packages for turnkey EPC projects across the globe. Equally comfortable with Commercial and Project Management matters, Scott oversees our back-office functions, client agreements and business development, as well as our telecoms consultancy. Based in Aberdeen, he has an engineering degree from The Robert Gordon University and is a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).
Based in Edinburgh, Graham is a Portfolio Manager with Maven Capital Partners and represents them on the ISN Solutions Board, which he joined in 2018, shortly after our acquisition of Skibo Technologies. Prior to joining Maven, Graham worked with RBS plc in lending, risk and restructuring roles. He has over 20 years of SME equity portfolio management experience, covering a wide range of business sectors. Graham is a Chartered Banker and has attained Associate Membership of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT).
