Leading IT managed service provider (MSP), ISN Solutions, has appointed experienced senior executive, Roger Leyland, as its new technical services director.
Roger joins IT solutions and services company ISN Solutions’ senior management team from his previous role as director of managed services at Roc Technologies, where he led a significant team across various business streams including service delivery, service desks, major accounts, and field & logistics operations.
Bringing more than 20 years’ experience in the MSP and IT support & services sector, his highly respected track record in operations and programme management will augment those of ISN Solutions whose specialism in oil, gas and energy markets demand additional rigour and ability to overcome challenges. His appointment is a pivotal one for ISN who have seen significant demand for their services since the New Year including the global roll-out of an IT environment for one of ISN’s most significant new clients based in Aberdeen but with operations worldwide.

At Roc Technologies and previously Esteem Systems, Roger was instrumental in winning, renewing and managing, large-scale clients, in several verticals, including legal and secure & sensitive to the managed services portfolio.
