A colleague introduced us to ISN early in the company formation and they were given the task of setting up our computer services at Begbroke and the transfer of data from the old server. We were intelligently advised on all our options for hardware choices, data security and recommended software installations.
Future proofing our work
This was undertaken with the knowledge that rapid expansion was likely at a later date. The initial installation required an ISN engineer on site to quickly configure a collection of machines and ensure transfer of our existing data to the new system with the minimum of disruption to work within the company.
An early disaster with the theft of several laptops was a real test for ISN, but the next day we had replacement laptops and all disk images and data were restored.
Since then our support has been handled almost on a daily basis freeing up valuable time for the company so it can concentrate on developing sensors for diagnostic, drug discovery and genome sequencing.
All the administrative tasks are handled quickly and remotely when requests are telephoned or emailed in to ISN. Additional hardware procurement and installation is also handled quickly and efficiently by ISN. We feel that ISN are actively interested in looking after their customers and the support we get is excellent.

For a fixed monthly charge ISN can provide you with proactive support with guaranteed response times. After an initial one-time stabilisation of your IT environment, we cover all faults and errors.
Pre-paid hours
A flexible way to use ISN's services. Hours purchased can be used as telephone, remote control or on-site support. The more hours purchased, the lower the equivalent hourly rate.
Pay on use
Many organisations don't feel happy about committing to an annual contract, especially if their IT support requirements are small. ISN are happy to provide our expertise on an informal basis charged at an hourly rate.
