David Ellison – Partner
Although David's degree is in languages, he discovered early on that IT concepts came as easily as French, Italian or Russian. His understanding of how to get the most from IT systems without losing sight of the commercial aspect has been key for consultancy roles at Chase Flemings, Natwest, and Fortis Bank. David enjoys helping new and existing ISN clients develop their IT strategy as well as honing ISN to provide world class IT services to its customers.
David Greenwood – Partner
David started his IT career at Barclays Bank in New Zealand, where he became operations manager for the company's mainframe systems. On moving to the UK he expanded his technical and management skills at Enterprise Oil as well as other large oil exploration companies. David's wide experience, cool judgement and instincts for technical excellence are key to shaping ISN's service to our customers.
Derek Munro – Partner
Following a degree in Electronic Engineering, Derek began his career as a communications engineer in the oil industry. An able and determined project manager, Derek has a track record of success in delivering large IT and communications projects in the UK and around the world.
He splits his time at ISN between managing the company's finances and account management for key clients. ISN as a business, as well as our customers, benefit from Derek's focused approach in meeting their goals.
Alex Billowes – Engineering Manager
After a degree in Computer Science, Alex developed his IT experience in business consulting, county councils, newspapers and insurance before joining ISN in 2002. Although his technical expertise is second to none, what he enjoys most is working with customers to define and realise their goals.
His ability to steer his engineers through complex projects make him an invaluable member of ISN's management team. Clients say that they know their problems will be solved if Alex is on the case.
Tony Bagshawe – Support Manager
Tony worked as a satellite engineer in Cape Town before moving to the UK where he found his niche in IT at Enterprise Oil after gaining experience in accountancy and office management. Since he joined ISN in 2003, Tony has been the guiding hand behind our helpdesk making sure that nothing slips between the cracks and engineers have all they need to solve clients' problems. Clients know that Tony is the man to talk to when they need to get the job done.
