ISN Solutions are an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP), delivering premium support and solutions to UK based corporate businesses, predominantly within the Energy Industry. We fill the gap between small local IT support companies without the scale to deliver, and large IT organisations, who may be inflexible and less personable with their service.

Our Story

Established in London over 20 years ago, our focus was the Oil & Gas sector, specifically the Upstream market, where independent UK-based Exploration & Production companies (E&P’s), had to rely upon a responsive IT partner to assist them with overseas onshore/offshore campaigns and fast-track growth strategies.

With a focus on Oil & Gas, an operational office was established in Aberdeen, following the acquisition of two local complimentary IT companies – Virtual Stream and Skibo Technologies.

Today, although we have particular knowledge of supporting the specialised requirements for Oil & Gas, our managed service client base stretches across the Energy industry as a whole and includes FTSE-listed organisations within the Telecommunications, Property and Transport sectors.

Our Value

Many companies offer IT support services, in various shapes and forms. Some claim to be experts in all things IT related, such as web development, communications provision, telephony, managed printing, training and cyber security etc. This is not ISN Solutions.

Our core business is the provision of an IT managed service, whereby we act as your outsourced trusted partner and take care of all IT related matters on your behalf – support, solutions and consultancy. This includes the scoping, selection and day-to-day management of any related third-party contracts.

We pride ourselves upon delivering a premium, tailored service and only seek client relationships where we can demonstrate our value as a partner. We prefer to invest in these relationships, rather than focus on client count.
